Where processing is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time.
Data Retention
We retain personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Client files are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years following the conclusion of a matter, in accordance with legal professional obligations under Curaçao law. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of two (2) years.

If you believe that your data protection rights have not been adequately respected, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in Curaçao. We encourage you to contact us first so that we may address your concern directly.
Third-Party Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information to outside parties. Data may only be shared with third parties where strictly necessary to provide the requested legal services, or where required to comply with judicial proceedings, court orders, or legal processes served on our firm in accordance with Curaçao law.
